NCD is a fairly new ministry in India that started only 3 years ago. In November 2006, Christoph Schalk visited the northern part of the country to train pastors in Chandigarh and to discuss the strategic use of NCD with denominational leaders in New Delhi. By now some 40,000 churches have participated – with differing levels of intensity – in the NCD process. Since all of them have conducted at least one NCD Survey we have the data of most of these churches in our computers and are able to monitor their actual results, both in terms of quality and quantity.
That's the title of a new book by Christian A. Schwarz (Founder and President of NCD International) to be released in October 2005. Another introduction to Natural Church Development (NCD), this time from the perspective of the individual Christian believer. A book full of fresh insights and helpful tools for everyone with the desire to experience all that God has designed him or her to be.

When you look at the list of denominations that have conducted Natural Church Development surveys (NCD), you will notice The Salvation Army (TSA) listed there, but not in really significant numbers. But the indications are that this is changing in the UK.

Three months after the tsunami shattered Aceh and Nias, Indonesia was shocked by another earthquake at 8.9 Richter scale in Nias. As well as for Aceh, NCD Indonesia is now bringing relief to Nias.
