NCD -- A Unifying Approach in Multicultural India

In November 2006, Christoph Schalk visited the northern part of the country to train pastors in Chandigarh and to discuss the strategic use of NCD with denominational leaders in New Delhi. The OQM Survey Can Be Used For A Church - For Free!

The Organic Quality Management® Survey is a ready-to-use product which measures the health and quality of an organization. It is based on the same principles as Natural Church Development (NCD). What makes the OQM® Survey unique is its holistic assessment of an organization according to the three dimensions: structural (“organization“), human (“organism“) and spiritual (“spirit“).

It has been designed for implementation in Christian not-for-profit organizations of any given size (minimum size: a team of three). Up until now it has been employed in four major areas: Health Care, education, Christian ministries, and - in churches!

Startling Results from 70 Countries

NCD and the Salvation Army in the UK

Update from Aceh, Indonesia
